Mikrokosmos Foto Challenge - MiFoC

There was this Blogpost from Bianca that made me thinking. Normally Challenges aren't my thing. Haven't I enough own ideas to make something?
But what is with my photography?
I don't believe I take too little photos, except in some weeks for my Project Life. However now in springtime I realize to take thousand of photos from flowers, the same flowers in my garden as every year. Or millions of photos from Moritz, my tomcat.
Don't I need other inspiration?
On Instagram (an App for smartphones with community) are many Challenges, but the most of them with daily prompts. Last autumn I've taken part in some daily Challenges but daily is too much for me. I'm a perfectionist and to be creative every day is so exhausting for me.
But couldn't it be possible to do a weekly Challenge?

So came one thought to another and I made a decision. Every new month I will introduce my Mikrokosmos Foto Challenge on this Blog.
For every week one prompt, but there can be more photos for one week. There will be much room for interpretation.
Like the first prompt „Beginning“, the beginning of a street, the beginning of a day, the beginning from a book, the beginning from a string... you name it.

By the way I'm very nosy and I would appreciate to know about the story behind the photo. Bianca thought about how to put her photos on a scrapbook - layout/page and I love Scrapbooking. And if you want, make a Layout with one of the weekly photos, no pressure like the whole Challenge!
But I need sometimes a bit pressure, or better stimulation, to do something and so I'll try to make a Layout at the end of the week.

Challenges are always also another way to share ideas with other people. At the beginning of every week I'll post my photo with InLinkz at the end where you can link your photo.
I'll post the Challenge on Instagram also and you can tag the photos with #MIFOCandthegermanmonthname, like this month #MIFOCMAI.

Hopefully I can inspire us with photos and stories. I would appreciate it if you show your photos please link to my blog and this challenge and spread the word.
Any questions? Hope my English is understandable.
